Rocky Mountain Pediatric Hematology Oncology offers a team of pediatric cancer specialists, nurses and support staff who provide a complete range of options for cancer diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
Through the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and surgical techniques to ensure patients receive the most modern methods of cancer treatment.
We offer infusion services for administration of chemotherapy, biotherapies, antibiotics, or medicines for a wide range of cancer and hematologic disorders.
Our specially trained pediatric oncology nurses are:
- Certified in giving chemotherapy and biotherapies
- Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Educated on an ongoing basis in pediatric hematology and oncology
- Specially trained at starting pediatric IVs, accessing central lines, and responding to any emergencies that may arise during infusion.
Through these combined services and a team approach, we strive to deliver a seamless continuity of care that is both comprehensive and multidisciplinary.
Conditions We Treat
Through the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, we provide inpatient and outpatient diagnostic evaluation and treatment for the full spectrum of pediatric cancers and blood disorders.
Our team of pediatric cancer specialists provides consultation and medical management for infants, children, adolescents and young adults with cancer, blood disorders, benign tumors, and suspected malignancies.
